Direct reservations with the Thailand villas featured here cuts out middlemen Thai travel agents and associated costs plus risks as no credit card information is required. In the last few years Thai villas have come into the tourist accommodations market in Thailand with a vengeance, after being virtually non-existent for years. With luxury villas with ocean views in Phuket to teak wood traditional Thai houses available for summer season holiday lets, the vacation home market is booming in Siam. Generally it is the property owners themselves that list their vacation rental homes here, although we do allow sole management agencies as well (although not everyday villa agents). Booking direct is very important to avoid reservation misunderstandings and subsequent holiday from hell, so we hope discerning independent travelers find our service accommodating and subsequently find their ultimate villa in Thailand.
